Axiraa is an independent advisory firm that provides strategic guidance to tenants, landlords, and business owners navigating property and business decisions across Australia. With expertise in commercial, retail, and industrial property, Axiraa offers tenant lease negotiation, representation, portfolio strategy, and business and property acquisition services.
Our approach is grounded in commercial acumen and advocacy for our clients’ best interests. Whether advising single and multi-site tenants and property owners on portfolio optimisation or guiding SMEs through critical lease events and business acquisitions, we deliver tailored solutions that unlock value and help mitigate risk.
At Axiraa, we partner with clients and their advisors to turn property and business investments into strategic assets through insight, negotiation, and execution.
Our services are provided under a fixed-fee or premium hourly consultancy model. We do not accept third-party commissions or incentives, manage property, collect rent, or hold any money in trust.
Management
Our founder, Asher Vukelic, is a seasoned advisor and executive with two decades of experience across commercial property investment, venture capital, and business advisory. Asher has led complex acquisitions, managed multi-million-dollar redevelopments, and guided growth-stage companies and family offices through succession, investment, and strategic transitions, managing investment portfolios up to $100m.
Before founding Axiraa, Asher held leadership roles, including Managing Director of the Vukelic Group, overseeing property transactions exceeding $40 million. He also co-founded multiple property, marine, and consumer ventures. Complimented by experience serving on several private and not-for-profit boards, Asher understands the importance of sound governance.
Asher brings a pragmatic and commercially grounded approach to his work with tenants, property buyers, and business owners. His breadth of experience in leasing, due diligence, asset management, and growth advisory enables him to identify risks, uncover value, and execute with clarity in complex or competitive markets.
Along with the extended Axiraa team, Asher leads strategic engagements across lease negotiations, business and property acquisitions, and commercial due diligence, partnering with clients to make high-impact decisions with confidence.
